It somewhat works

It actually does sync your Jawbone UP app data however it seems to not overwrite the iPhone 6motion data so it ends up double counting my steps in the health app.

It also does not sync in the background, you have to initiate the sync manually within the app each time.

It also does not have a privacy policy.
